Got into town later than anticipated and this was the only spot open. I'm so glad it was though. Warm greeting, great service. The food was amazing, we got cheese curds, the Reuben wrap and the Hole Rodeo Burger. Maybe the best BBQ sauce I've had and the best blueberry beer from SBC. Highly suggest for anyone in the area.
Very kind and warm place. Inside/outside seating, food made in house. I had the Super Sniffer Sour Ale with Blueberry and Pineapple, good local beer. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and sub'd with sweet potato fries (actually wedges, my fave). You can tell they care about their customer service, the waitress was an absolute treasure!
Came for a Sunday lunch with my husband, a sort of pick a spot on the map and try. So glad we picked this place! 10/10 the food was delicious, everything is fresh and hot and so good. Great prices, friendly staff, cozy, clean and an unexpected surprise we will definitely visit again!
We had a great server who made our experience at the Watering Hole a fun time. We sat outside because it was a little too loud inside. The beer and food were really good (however I would have like a bigger bowl of the minestrone soup on the cooler day we were there). Everyone in our group enjoyed the experience.
We had 2 great experiences at this establishment on our trip up to the lake. Very warm and welcoming upon entering and we're seated right away. At first it was my wife and I for dinner the first night then the other couples came up the second night and they were able to accommodate the 6 of us. Food was great with a good variety and great vibe but make sure you get there early or are able to wait a little bit because it gets busy quick.
Fodd and beverages were delicious. We got there just in time (4ish) bc there was a line when we were leaving. Highly recommend
At first, my wife and I weren't sure about this place but as soon as the server, Rebecca, greeted us, we knew we picked the right place to have lunch. Rebecca was great, the food was great and the prices were great. We got the chicken ciabatta and pulled pork roll. Both were really good but the chicken ciabatta stole the show with grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, mixed greens and fresh bruschetta with balsamic graze. WOW. Sorry, the pictures were taken after we started eat. We couldn't wait.
Staff ON POINT. After we walked in the door, they were slammed. Made sure they communicated that there are only 2 chefs, and please be patient. We were and the food was well worth the wait (which was not long). Well done!
